Click the New Appointment button to start scheduling a new appointment.

Then use the search bar to find the patient from your contact list that wants to create an appointment. Select the contact and then click Create Appointment.

This opens the New Appointment form with the following fields:
- Who is this appointment for? – The Name of the patient/contact
- What type of appointment is this? – choose from any Appointment Types you have already created
- When is this appointment? – Choose from a list of available appointment times based on the Availability Schedules you have created.
- What is the current status of this appointment? – Choose from the list of possible appointment statuses (Booked, Pending Confirmation/ Pre-Payment, In Progress, Complete, No Show, Cancelled).
- Who’s responsible for this appointment? – Choose a healthcare provider.




When you have finished filling out the fields, click Create Appointment.
