Can I move my data from another provider (e.g. Wellness Living or Aquity) to Welloca?
You can either run an export from your existing provider then import manually (also known as a .csv import), or you can use one of our pre-made import tools. We also offer a personal migration service where our team will do all the work for you. Just reach out after you’ve signed up!

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
Select the ‘cancel subscription’ button in your Welloca account then we’ll give you a grace period to off-board your data. Once you confirm you’ve got everything backed up, we’ll proceed with a secure deletion of everything you’ve entered into Welloca. It can take up-to 4 weeks for data held in backups to also be removed as we run various data integrity strategies just in case the world ends.

We have a wide range of security systems in place. One of our co-founders also previously worked in the cyber security industry and brings a wealth of experience to securing your data.
