Appointment reminders can help reduce the rates of missed/no-show appointments. Welloca includes an no-fuss appointment reminder system to keep your patient’s informed of their next appointment.
Once an appointment has been created, you will be redirected to the appointment overview page. From here, you can view the appointment information, including Fee, Duration, Location, any Previous Appointments, and the patient’s Contact Information.
Note: You can access this page at any time and send another reminder by selecting an appointment from the appointment calendar (All Appointments).
Click Send Reminder to send an appointment reminder to the patient’s on-file Email Address. Once the appointment reminder has been sent, you will see a green notification in the bottom right-hand corner.
Appointment reminder emails will appear in the following format to remind patients which provider they are seeing, the Appointment Type, and the Appointment Time:
