Click on Appointment Types in the sidebar to view your list of Appointment Types or to create a New Appointment Type.
With Welloca’s Appointment Types, you can create specific appointments with different set durations, fees, and locations. For example, you might offer physical exams, sick visits, new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, or rehabilitation, depending on your specific practice.
How to Create a New Appointment Type
Click the New Appointment Type button to get started. You will need to fill out the following fields:
- Give a name to this appointment type – Used in appointment reminders, so make it descriptive.
- How long does an appointment last?
- How much does this type of appointment cost?
- What type of appointment is this? – In Person or Online
- Where does this appointment take place
When you are finished filling out the New Appointment Type form, click Create Appointment type.
