Once you create a data retention policy, you can run
the policy to look for any contacts that meet the requirements set by the policy and then carry out the policy’s intended action.
Click the policy name from the Data Retention Policy list.

Now click the Begin Procedure
button in the top right-hand corner to run the policy. After the policy runs, you will see a list of all contacts to whom it applies to.

Select Tick here
to proceed with data cleansing and then select Process Records
