Click the Edit Contact button at the top of the page to make any changes.
Assign a Guardian
If you have any patients that are minors, you can also Assign a Guardian by clicking the appropriate button at the top of the page. You can then select a guardian from an existing contact. Click Assign Guardian to complete this process.
Anonymise a Contact
You can anonymise a contact, which removes all identifiable information from a contact entry, by clicking Anonymise Contact at the top of the page. You will need to confirm that this is an action you want to take because anonymising is irreversible.
