To view more information about a contact, click the Name of the contact.
From this page, you can view in-depth Contact Information, including:
- Gender & Age
- Home Address
- Phone
- Files & Images
- Questionnaires
- Mailing Lists
All currently scheduled Appointments and Events are listed on the right-hand side. And you can start the New Appointment process from within a contact entry by clicking the Book Appointment button in the top right-hand corner.
Notes left by a healthcare provider and Email Broadcasts are located at the bottom of the page.
